ENERGY MAFIA
Even the greediest oil man will tell you there is no excuse for $100 dollar oil. Everyone makes a hefty profit at $50 a barrel and all the Saudi Princes can have their very own 747 with solid gold fixtures when crude oil is $25.00 and gasoline sells for $2.00 a gallon. Natural gas, electricity and heating oil prices are also OUTRAGEOUS!
It costs less than $1.00 to find, produce and deliver 1mcf (1000 cu feet) of natural gas to our homes, schools and businesses. We are currently being charged betwen $7 and $12.00 mcf, plus delivery fees, storage costs and every other surcharge the gas company can dream up and tack on to our utility bill.
The news media is warning us that energy prices are going up another 40% this winter because oil and natural gas are in such short supply. Nothing could be farther from the truth and the news media should be ashamed of itself for spreading these lies!
Natural gas reserves are at an all time high and there are new oil and gas wells coming online every day. Underground storage is full and gas is being vented to the atmosphere all over Texas, Oklahoma, Louisianna, Alaska, Wyoming, Montana and Canada. There is so much gas that many independant producers can’t even get their gas into the pipeline. That’s because the Energy Mafia controls every facet of the industy - the commodity, the delivery system, the price and the politicians that approve their unjustified rate increases. Those same politicians also help the Energy Mafia cheat land owners out their fair share of the profits.
Bottom line: Oil prices should be no more than $40 per barrel, natural gas $3.00 per mcf and electricity should cost consumers no more than 5 cents per kilowatt hour. Any amount over that is due to market manipulation, government sanctioned robbery and GREED!
So why are energy prices so high? The answer is really quite simple. PRICE FIXING, MARKET MANIPULATION and GREED! And who is manipulating the market? The very same people who orchestrated the collapse of Enron and stole the pension plans of millions of hard-working Americans!
This is the Energy Trading division of UBS Warburg. Every person in this room is working in concert with other energy traders to drive up the price of natural gas, oil and electricity. Their clients are the richest people in the world and every dime they can extort from consumers puts billions more in the pockets of the brokerage firm and their largest investors. Some of these investors are ordinary people but most are majority stock holders in the World’s Largest Corporations, the same corporations that also own the so-called Mainstream Media.
The Market Manipulators have become so proficient at their trade that they can drive up the price of any stock or commodity, including our food supply. These people MUST BE STOPPED or ALL of the world’s wealth will fall into the hands of a very small group of people who care nothing about YOU and the millions of people who will starve and freeze to death this winter because of the Energy Mafia’s uncontrollable GREED!
Hurrah! I am so glad someone is exposing these greedy bastards for what they are. Count me in!

The Energy Mafia is sucking the life-blood out of the world’s economy and we better get involved or we’ll all go broke. You’re on the right track and we commend you for having the guts to stand up for us.

I’ve been in the oil and gas business for over 50 years and have never made so much money. I almost feel guilty when my royalty checks comes in, but I don’t set the prices. The Energy Mafia does and you are exactly right about the transfer of wealth. All of this was orchestrated under the Bush adminitrations watchful eye and Daddy Bush makes a fortune every time gas prices go up a dime.

Freeday is the answer! Your idea of changing the name of Friday to Freeday is brilliant. A 4 day workweek and a 3 day weekend will save energy and improve our health and quality of life.
